Your phone rings.
Your servers are at tables.
Aharo picks up.
An Indian-accent AI host that answers calls, captures pickup orders and table reservations, texts customers after restaurant approval, and drops requests into your dashboard or POS.
Built for Indian restaurants in North America. Designed for pickup orders and reservations first.
How it works
From menu to live phone host in three steps.
Drop in your menu
Upload dishes with prices, portions, spice levels, modifiers, and policies. Aharo turns that into structured restaurant context.
Your agent goes live
Forward your restaurant line, after-hours calls, or busy overflow to the Aharo voice agent.
Orders land for approval
Pickup orders and reservations land in Aharo or flow to a connected POS when the restaurant's integration is ready. Staff approve, reject, or call back.
Why Aharo
Built for how Indian restaurants actually take phone orders.
अSpeaks your customers' language
Supports Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, English, and more depending on the restaurant's caller base.
SKnows spice, portions, and pairings
Asks the same clarifying questions your staff would: mild or medium, dry or gravy, veg or chicken, pickup name and phone.
CYou stay in control
The restaurant reviews phone orders before customers receive final confirmation. Rejections can trigger a human callback.
PWorks with your POS - or without one
Supported POS systems can be routed through adapters. Other restaurants can use Aharo's lightweight phone-order board.
Language support
Configure the host around how your customers actually speak.
Aharo can support multiple languages for restaurant call handling, including major Indian languages plus English and other common North American caller needs.
Savings calculator
See how much phone orders could be worth every month.
If you miss 25% of calls, Aharo could help recover about $11,340/month in pickup order sales.
Estimated impact: 270 saved pickup orders and 105 staff hours each month across 1 location. We assume 60% of missed callers would have placed a pickup order.
Estimate only. HST extra.

Compare plans and usage termsQuestions owners ask us
Fair questions. Straight answers.
What if the AI gets an order wrong?
Nothing reaches the kitchen without the restaurant's approval. Every order shows items, spice levels, notes, and caller information. Rejections flag a staff callback.
Do I need to change my phone number or POS?
No. You can forward calls from the existing number. Supported POS systems get adapters; other systems can use Aharo's lightweight order and reservation board.
How is this different from delivery apps?
Aharo is a flat monthly system for calls to your own restaurant. It does not take a per-order commission or own the customer relationship.
What about privacy?
The agent does not take card numbers. Customer data should be used for order and reservation workflows unless the customer explicitly opts into marketing.
