Aharo is being built for restaurant order intake, reservation handling, and operator onboarding. This policy explains the working data boundaries for the platform.

Data we collect

Aharo may collect restaurant operator account details, restaurant profile information, menu data, business enquiry submissions, phone-order records, reservation records, and integration metadata needed to run the service.

Customer order and reservation details can include name, phone number, requested items, quantities, spice levels, allergies or special instructions, pickup timing, and approval status. Aharo should not collect card numbers through the phone agent.

We use this data to provide onboarding, order intake, reservation workflows, restaurant approvals, troubleshooting, support, and future integrations such as SMS, Stripe, voice-agent sync, and POS adapters.

Access to operational data should be limited to authorized restaurant users and service infrastructure. We do not sell restaurant customer data.
