Aharo provides software for restaurant onboarding, voice-order workflows, reservation intake, approval boards, phone routing, and integrations.

Restaurant operators are responsible for verifying order accuracy, menu availability, pricing, tax rules, kitchen capacity, and customer communications before fulfilling a request.

The initial Aharo capability set is limited to pickup orders and table reservations. Delivery orders, payments over the phone, refunds, complaints, catering, and unclear edge cases should be routed to restaurant staff.

Plan usage is measured in voice minutes and rounded according to the voice provider's actual billing increment. Published call counts are illustrative estimates, not guaranteed allowances, and vary with order complexity and call length.

Calls forwarded to Aharo count toward usage even when the caller does not place an order. Usage beyond the included monthly allowance is billed at the plan's additional-minute rate or through an automatic usage pack, as specified at purchase. Unused minutes expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over.

Each plan covers one restaurant location and one primary telephone number unless otherwise agreed. Multi-location usage requires separate allocations or a franchise agreement. Customer notifications, premium integrations, and unusually complex menu maintenance may have separate limits or fees.

Aharo may disconnect or exclude excessively long, abusive, spam, or fraudulent calls. Usage alerts are intended at 75%, 90%, and 100% of the monthly allowance, but operators remain responsible for monitoring usage and charges.
