Features

Voice ordering workflows built around restaurant control.

Aharo handles the live voice-agent layer and the surrounding restaurant workflow: onboarding, menu data, approvals, order boards, SMS readiness, and POS adapter paths.

What Aharo owns in the pipeline

We keep the product focused on the parts restaurant operators need to manage: setup, menu accuracy, call handling rules, approvals, and integrations.

Existing phone number routing

Forward busy, after-hours, or full-day calls from the restaurant's current phone line into the Aharo voice agent.

Operator-controlled agent setup

Restaurant owners can choose an agent name, tone, business rules, and allowed behavior without taking on the voice-agent runtime work.

Pickup order capture

Collects item names, quantities, spice levels, notes, customer name, phone number, subtotal, tax, and total where the menu data supports it.

Reservation intake

Captures name, phone, party size, date, and time, with escalation paths for large parties, events, or ambiguous requests.

Dashboard-first fallback

Restaurants without POS access still get a lightweight order and reservation board for phone-generated requests.

Restaurant approval step

Staff approve or reject requests before customers receive confirmation. Rejected orders can trigger a human callback workflow.

Workflow

From call to restaurant action

The core loop is intentionally narrow: answer the phone, capture structured intent, show it clearly to the restaurant, and let staff decide what happens next.

Step 1

Caller asks for pickup order or reservation.

Step 2

Agent checks menu and restaurant rules.

Step 3

Aharo receives structured post-call data.

Step 4

Restaurant approves, rejects, or calls back.
