Operational control

Language support still stays inside restaurant boundaries

Aharo is not trying to let the agent improvise restaurant policy. The voice flow is constrained around pickup orders, table reservations, approved menus, and staff fallback.

Mixed-language calls

A caller can say a menu item in English, quantity in Hindi or Punjabi, and spice preference in familiar restaurant phrasing.

Safety checks

Ambiguous veg/non-veg choices, allergies, spice level, and phone number confirmation remain explicit before approval.
