Restaurant scenarios

Where Bengali support helps during real service

Aharo should reduce the number of calls staff need to take directly while still keeping risky or unclear requests in a callback workflow.

Use case 1

Bengali and broader Indian restaurants handling mixed English and Bengali caller flows.

Use case 2

Menu-aware pickup orders with notes for fish, vegetarian items, sweets, and spice.

Use case 3

Fallback to staff callback when the request is unclear or outside pickup/reservation scope.

Approval workflow

The restaurant still controls what gets confirmed

Language support helps capture intent. It does not remove staff review for pickup orders, substitutions, allergies, pricing gaps, or reservation edge cases.

Captured orders land in Aharo with item names, quantities, spice levels, notes, customer name, and phone number.
Kitchen Mode and print tickets remain available when the POS is not connected or when an order needs manual handling.
Rejected or unclear orders can trigger a staff callback instead of letting the agent promise something unsupported.
Menu aliases and pronunciation variants can be added during setup so the agent does not guess blindly.
